JR Hachinohe Line to Same (about one train an hour), then 15 min on foot
A little island shrine by the sea, home to thousands of black-tailed gulls.
The Umineko bus to Kabushima runs daily from April to mid-November, and only at weekends and on holidays from mid-November to March.
