Tembo Deck 10:00–22:00, last entry 21:00. Prices vary by date: deck from ¥1,800, both decks from ¥3,000; buying at the 4F counter costs ¥500 more.

Right outside Exits B3 and A2
A shopping and food complex at the foot of the tower.
Good for rainy-day souvenirs.
Sumida Aquariumすみだ水族館
Solamachi 5F–6F, about 5 min from Oshiage
A compact aquarium with penguins and jellyfish, inside the Solamachi complex.
Weekdays 10:00–20:00, weekends and holidays 9:00–21:00; last entry an hour before closing. Adults ¥2,700.
