Nihonbashi 1-chōme to Muromachi 1-chōme, over the Nihonbashi River (no walking time given)
The 1911 stone bridge, a national Important Cultural Property, with kirin and lion sculptures.
Always open, free. The expressway above it is being moved underground, with 2040 as the goal.

Joined to the Ginza and Tōzai Line station; 4 min from the Asakusa Line
The Nihonbashi department store directly connected to the Ginza and Tōzai lines, with restaurant floors.
Main building 10:30–19:30; restaurants on B2F and 8F 11:00–21:30. Pokémon Center Tokyo DX in the East building 10:30–21:00.

Exit B9, 5 min on foot (Tōzai Line); 5 min from the Asakusa Line
The main Mitsukoshi store, with a food floor and restaurants, one minute from Mitsukoshimae Station (five from Nihombashi exit B9).
10:00–19:00 (food floors and 1F to 19:30); restaurants in the new building 11:00–22:00. Hours vary by shop.
Mitsui Memorial Museum三井記念美術館
Exit B9, 4 min on foot (6 min from the Asakusa Line)
The Mitsui collection museum on the 7th floor of the Mitsui Main Building.
10:00–17:00, last entry 16:30. Closed Mondays (open on holidays that fall on one), plus 13 Oct 2026. Shows change: tea bowls until 23 Nov 2026, then from 12 Dec. Adults ¥1,200 (special shows ¥1,500).
Currency Museum of the Bank of Japan貨幣博物館
Exit A4, 6 min on foot (Tōzai Line)
The Bank of Japan’s free museum of coins and banknotes, one minute from Mitsukoshimae exit B1 (six from Nihombashi exit A4).
9:30–16:30, last entry 16:00. Closed Mondays (open on holidays), and 20, 21 and 27–29 October 2026. Free.
